Question

Failed to publish workflow user account name or password is incorrect - only happens with business processes

asked on March 6, 2015

Hi,

I've published business processes in the past, but since upgrading to workflow 9.2, whenever I try to publish a workflow as a business process I get the following error

If I uncheck the make this workflow a business process check box it will publish fine... any ideas?

Does your workflow have multiple connection profiles? (You can check in the workflow's properties)

No, just one. I don't think it is a credential issue, since if I uncheck the "make workflow a business process" checkbox it publishes without any problem...

Is there an update on this question available?  I am experiencing the same issue.  I found a work around by logging in using a local workgroup account on the workflow server.  When logging in using a domain account I am no longer able to publish workflows with business processes,

Could you save the workflow locally as .WFX file, then have your reseller open a case with Tech Support and attach the file, please?

It's not a particular workflow, it's any workflow with a business process.  I will open a support ticket (we don't have a reseller) and send them a workflow.
