"Show" Dropdown for Participant Licenses in Forms 9.2.1

asked on March 4, 2015

I love the new "Show" dropdown for filtering Participant Licenses in Forms 9.2.1.  It makes it nice being able to change between groups and users but would it be possible in a future version to have an option to show licensed accounts?  A lot of time I just need to dig through the 200 licenses to see which can be unassigned and that would make it a ton quicker.  Thanks for adding the new pagination and multiple base distinguised names as that has fixed issues at several locations already.

The filtering on who has a license and what is an invalid object is less important as I just saw that you can now sort by those columns. THANKS for adding that sort functionality!

Also would love to have it filter all of the ldap synced accounts that are no longer valid so they can be removed all at once vs. having to dig through the pages.  In this customers case the original sync brought in 89,000+ objects with the old Forms.  Now that we have multiple base distinguished names pointed at the specific OU's necessary, there should only be 2000+ objects.  Thus to clean this out they are now having to manually remove 87,000 no longer synced objects. This filter would help a ton with that.

Hi Beau,

Actually we have this new feature "The columns for viewing and configuring users and groups on the Security Settings page are now sortable" in Forms 9.2.1 (you can check this page for more http://inside/eng/kbfiles/lw.asp?t=kb/1013596&action=view ).

You can sort named users and participants by clicking "status" (Invalid/Valid), or sort participants by clicking "License" (Yes/No) - it's not a filter exactly but doing the similar job.
