Unable to use SSL with repository profile

asked on March 3, 2015

Despite having an SSL certificate on our main Laserfiche server, I can't seem to use SSL with a repository connection profile in Laserfiche Forms.  Without the SSL certificate, I can connect to the repository without any problem, but once the SSL check box is checked off, the connection breaks.

Having a look at the following, it appeared all I needed was to create the certificate, and then a binding of the certificate to the site's external URL in IIS.  However, having a look, it appears this has already been set, so I'm kind of wondering what else might be interfering with this?

As always, any thoughts would be appreciated - thanks much!

What message are you getting when you try to use SSL? Can you take a screenshot of the full screen and post it to this thread?

When entering the URL into the Profile you are trying to create, what URL are you using?  Does this URL match the certificate name?
