Sending mail with LF Form under licence demo

Hello,

I try to make a demo of Laserfiche Form for a potential customer but I can't send mail with a service task. I've looked in the spam folder of my e-mail address, there is nothing. If I look at the result page of these forms, the service task's status is 'suspended'.

See attachment for form export (I've just change extension from XML to TXT, to be able to upload the file)

Have you looked in the Application event viewer log on the Forms server for any errors?

No, I didn't look at this. Can you tell me where I can find that, please ?

On the Forms machine, search "Event Viewer" from start menu and check whether there is error for Laserfiche Forms &Laserfiche Forms Routing Service when run the email service task from following place.

Also please check email settings from Forms configuration site that you can receive testing email with the email settings for Email Notification Server.
