Laserfiche Client - Unhandled Exception error

There is a date field on a template which when the user tries to populate gives a Unhandled exception error. This happens only when the user tries to save an excel document through the office plugin. There is no problem with other users or with any other office documents. This field is used multiple times in many templates and it does not cause a problem. Any ideas? The user is on LF 9.2.0.343

What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you reinstalled the plug-in yet?

The user is using LF client as a published application through citrix. Not a local install where I can reinstall the plugin.

Does the LF client work on the Citrix machine before it is published or shared over Citrix receiver?

I will have to ask the IT to test that.

Sure. It is important to determine if the error occurs outside of Citrix, hence the request.

We are on Laserfiche Client version 10.1 now, and users are still seeing this unhandled exception error message periodically when entering a date field on metadata templates. This field is used across multiple templates. It's not unique to our Citrix environment or a specific user. It also happens to users on workstations.
