Cannot do a Insert Data using CSV file

I keep getting this error: "The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine." I have  64 bit WF installed and I also installed the 64 bit Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (English). I do not currently have any office products installed on the machine besides the Access DB engine.

Microsoft does not support the jet.Oledb.4.0 driver on x64 operating system. Just installing the Access Database Engine is not enough, you need to use the ACE.OLEDB driver in your data source instead of the Jet one.

It would in your data source configuration in Windows ODBC. If you scroll over when you pick the driver by name, there will be a column for the driver's file name. You might see something like ODBCJT* (the Jet one) and ACEODBC* (the Access DB Engine one).
