Delete Shortcuts issue?

In teh attached image, delete shortcuts is also deleting the shortcut that "delete shortcuts 2" should be deleting.

Is this the way it is supposed t work? I assumed it would just delete the selected shortcut made in route to entry folder 2, not the other one also.

In Delete Shortcuts you are specifying the Entry to delete all shortcuts to. When you entered Route entry to Folder 2 in Delete Shortcuts that activity was the source of the Entry which you are then using, not a specification to only delete shortcuts from the Route.

If you want to delete a shortcut you created in a Routing activity after a wait condition is satisfied, then make sure to check the "Clean up shortcut" box

The clean up shortcuts when finished doesn't seem to work half the time, that's why I tried this method...

Have been testing a business process monitoring new mail notifications and just discovered that my "Cleanup shortcut when finished" action did not happen as well. I'm thinking it might be because I renamed the shortcut?

I believe that the Delete Shortcuts activity will delete all shortcuts associated with the entry selected.

Its deleting the shortcuts from 2 activities though.

Route entry to folder,as well as route entry to folder 2. Its set to delete from route entry to folder 2 only..
