We have a session we regualarly scan document with. One particular document will not "Send" and the error is "Entry does not have a template" - and all of the other documents scanned at the same time sent just fine. Is there a way to fix this document hanging in limbo?

Are you using Quick Fields?
Yes we are and open a Session before we scan particular documents.
So if I understand correctly the document is in Quick Fields and won't send to Laserfiche. When you are looking at the document are there fields on the right hand side? And if so towards the top does it appear to have a template? I would click on the template name and try resetting the template to the document. If it still will not send, then what I usually do is change the folder that QF sends the document to in Laserfiche to the folder that QF picks up the document from. This only works if documents are originally picked up out of Laserfiche with QF. If none of that works, if you save the documents that are processed by Quick Fields I would find a copy of that document and reprocess with Quick Fields.
I have not seen how to reset the template name. It does have populated fields. Changing the folder didn't help. I just thought it was odd to get the message that it didn't have a template and then not let me tell it which one to use. It's Quickfields 7.
With the document highlighted, double click the template name
This window will pop up
Use drop down to select your template and the n click "Set"
When I right click on the scanned document in QF, I only get a couple of options like Send. There is no Properties anywhere.
The properties are on the pane on the right side of the Quick Fields window. As you click on the document, Quick Fields should display the name, folder path and fields on the right side. If you're not seeing that pane, you may have accidentally closed it. You should be able to get it back from the View menu.
