How do I get the directory named user check box to show up on my desktop admin console?

Are you looking at the properties of a Windows account?

If you select the server node in the Admin Console, do you see the named user information?

No. Here is what I am seeing.

Your screen print doesn't show the Data column but if you are on Laserfiche 9.2 you need to be a system manager in order to see the named user information.
