Export Collection Data - Form Submission

Hi,


What are the options to export data from multiple collections in the form on submission?

We need this data to be stored in SQL Server for further processing by a different system.

The best way to do it would be once the form is submitted, have it kick off a Workflow. Then with Workflow you can have it tie into an ODBC connection to insert the data as needed. We currently do this with several Forms processes.
