FEATURE REQUEST: Show Variables When Configuring Lookup Rules

When configuring a lookup rule it would be very useful if rather than the field label being shown in the drop down lists, if the variable names were listed. We have some forms that have multiple fields with the same names, but the variable names are different according to their function.

This was made available in Forms 10.x.

On the classic form designer I think it still just shows the label. In the modern designer it will show the variable in brackets, right?

Classic Designer:

  • First Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Last Name


Modern Designer:

  • First Name (VN_01)
  • First Name (VN_11)
  • Last Name (VN_02)
  • Last Name (VN_12)

We are on 10.4.4.444 and if we have two fields with the same label it shows the variable in parenthesis.
