Workflow - No user was found with search value '' in user provider [0247-WF1] - Token is Not Empty

Hello,

I'm attempting to pull AD accounts into my find user activity. The track token activity shows that that the "FindManagerbyName_Account Name" is populated with a value (melissa.burningham). However, my error message says, "No user was found with search value 'melissa.burningham" in user provider "LF..." [0247-WF1]". In the post https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/56801/No-user-was-found-with-search-value--in-user-provider--0247WF1,  it lists an empty token is the most likely suspect in this scenario. What else could be causing this error? Please see my workflow below.

Have you checked security rights to make sure workflow can communicate with the AD server?

"LF_..." is a Laserfiche trustee provider, not and AD one. Could you try creating an active directory one, please?

I can't seem to figure this out either. Looking at a server where this error is thrown, no user was found in search value ''

Not only is it an issue when the token has a value, but even if you select a user manually the error is still thrown.

It seems like the error is not correct.
