Scan to a form

Is it possible to scan a document into a form?  More specifically, what I would like to do is after someone fills out an application, be able to scan a copy of their ID into the form and have that image append to the bottom of the application form.  A "Scan Attachment" instead of "File Upload".

I could be wrong, however I don't think this is possible. The best I can think of is open the form in Laserfiche and scan the image to the document to where the image would be on the next page.

Derek is correct, that is currently not possible.

Can you add this to the list of requested upgrades?  Our Customer Service Dept. has a need for this also.
