Mobile 9.2 not connecting to Repository

I have set a client up using WebAccess 9.2 on Svr 2012 r2 and installed LF Mobile 9.2 and configured it.  I can get to WebAccess internally with no issues uisng http://servername/Laserfiche/ (they're not yet setup to access from outside).  However, when I installed the Mobile on the iPhone, and try using the same URL to connect the Mobile, it doesn't work.  I've even replaced the server name with the IP address and it still doesn't work.  I don't get any errors, just nothing happens.  The iPhone is connected to their Internal Wireless.

Any suggestions....I can't test from my office.

Can you confirm that the mobile device can properly connect to the web server? If you open a web browser on the phone (Safari and/or Chrome) can you browse to

http://ktwp-app01.kennetttownship.com/laserfiche and view Web Access?

If that works, but the Laserfiche Mobile app still can't connect to http://ktwp-app01.kennetttownship.com/mobile then please open a case with Laserfiche Support. We'll need to see how Laserfiche Mobile has been configured on the web server.

What URL are you using for Mobile? If you are using "http://servername/Laserfiche/", then you need to check your Mobile configuration.

From the iPhone app, try using the following URL

http://servername.domain.com/mobile/

So we tried the adding the domain http://ktwp-app01.kennetttownship.com/mobile...it just sits and spins at the URL...it never allows us to select the Repository.  Not sure what might be happening.
