One Click Email Import

Dear All,

I have seen a demo in the Empower 2015 for saving Email. Please someone tell me how to automatically fill the metadata fields by saving the emails with one click.

"Turn information into insight with one-click email import functionality in Laserfiche. This new feature makes importing emails simpler than ever. With just the click of a mouse, you can:

File an email in its appropriate folder with correct metadata values"

The Office plugin already has automated metadata population based on email properties (Ray's link shows the current options), but the specific one-click e-mail function will be included in the upcoming 9.2.1 release which we expect to be out within the next couple weeks.

You can use Laserfiche Office Integration to accomplish importing emails and other electronic documents. Configuration and set-up details can be found in the LF Admin Guide here: "Save to Laserfiche from Microsoft Outlook."
