After updating license by retreivinvg license from LF I get this messsage

Could not connect to the Laserfiche Server [797] i did restart the appropriate servers after retreiving. I even rebooted the server but no one is able to connect now.

If you open services, is the Laserfiche Server Service running?  If you open the Event viewer on the Server, and look at the Application event log, are there errors and/or warnings for the LFS?

Did you copy the newly generated license into Program Files\Laserfiche\Server then restart the LF Server service? Are there any WMI errors in the Application event log?
