Error: cannot scan 'documentname'. PDF Importer not loaded.

I am trying to setup a QF Session that will take a multi page PDF, do first page identification using zonal OCR, zonal OCR the first page of each document for the index fields. When I start my session, it gives the error message below:

I'm not sure what that means. Any ideas? We are using QuickFields 9.0.1.

PDF Importer is the component that's used to generate images from PDF files. Can you try repairing or uninstalling/reinstalling Quick Fields?
