pdf generator error on server

i keep getting a "pdf generator was not installed correctly" on our server.  any ideas what it could be???  none of our forms are saving to our repository.

did you install snapshot along with the client installation?

Hi Armando,

Were you receiving the error from the machine that hosts LF Forms? If so, what is the exact version of LF Forms are you using?

If the exact version of LF Forms is 9.2.0.908, then please make sure that you also install the wkhtmltopdf version 0.12 shipped with the Forms hotfix here on the Forms server machine.

Otherwise please reinstall the wkhtmltox version 0.11, which is located in the Support subfolder of the Forms installation package.

I had the same error in Forms 10.2. I reinstalled wkhtmltox and it worked for me.
