forms table with static values?

I am looking to set some fields within a table with some static values. Under the cost of Each column, each row has a unique default value, how could I update it to have each be a unique default value? Thanks.

Hi there,

1. The additional service column should also be part of the Database table.

2. Populate Table field with multiple return results from DB lookup is supported in Laserfiche Forms 10.
