Can't delete Connector profile

I have created several test Connector Profiles and would like to delete the ones that I will not be using, however, when I attempt to delete, I get the error message below.

I am logged in as a local admin as well as a network admin.  Has anyone seen this?

If you check the Windows Task Manager, can you confirm that the user running the LFC.exe process is the same user that you are logged into Windows with? If so, can you confirm that you can browse to C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Connector\Profiles and delete the xml files that represent your profiles?
