Forms routing to multiple participants and awaiting for approval before continuing?

I have a form process that will allow submitter to select who to forward the form to for approval. Is there a way to set a process rule, that wait for these individuals to finish approving before moving forward with the forms process?

From my understanding not really. For this situation I would want to use an Inclusive Gateway to route it to who it needs to go to and then use a Parallel Gateway to merge them altogether. So it would look something like this:

The problem with this is that (as I've been told by Laserfiche) the parallel gateway activity is currently not smart enough to know which tasks the inclusive gateway sent tasks to. So the parallel gateway will wait for all incoming paths that are connected to it regardless if they actually have something coming.

Inclusive Gateway Merge now waits for all active branches and then proceed in Laserfiche Forms 10.
