Documents are missing from the volume!

Volume details in admin console show that there are documents but there are no documents in fixed path loctaion. This is urgent because business is being audited. I've contacted our VAR also.

also if its missing from your physical path, then something may happen to it.  Possibly from a data migration from one server to another?  I would recommend contacting your IT, incase if you need to restore it from a backup image.

What is located in the fixed path? Can you please include a screenshot?  Are there folders inside of that folder? Or is it completely empty?

Are you able to open and see the documents in Laserfiche when you open one of the documents in that volume?
