CSS added to forms is not being read correctly by IE

I have added added CSS to a form it is perfect on Chrome, Firefox and IE 9, but IE 10 & IE 11 ruins all the work done. Moreover, some columns in tables disappears.

Is there an add on or update to fix this bug?

Can you give an example of the CSS you used?

Microsoft finally cleaned up a lot of their CSS incompatibilities in IE 11 however if the user who is running IE 11 is running it in IE 10 or 9 compatibility mode then all of those standard features are thrown out the window.
