import image to entry

I'm pretty sure when our company was using Laserfiche 8.3 we were able to drag images into existing entries, but for some reason we seem to be unable to do so now that we've upgraded to version 9 ...

I think I even remember there being an import option, where I could import images as pages into existing entries.... was this ever possible or have I lost my mind?

Are you perhaps remembering the Document Handling options in Snapshot?

I don't think the LF client ever supported importing directly into the document viewer. Maybe you are thinking of dragging existing LF documents from the folder browser into the document viewer?
