I have a customer that is trying to delete a user from Agenda Manager. This is being prevented due to the table ReportLocks having multiple reports listed for that user. These entries are from a few years ago e.g. 2012. I have tested this with creating a test user and then deleting that user and it works fine.
1) How would I release these Locks
2) Would it be safe to back up the Agenda Manager DB and delete entries in that table associated with the User's trustee ID?
