Upload and display photo on an Applicant Form

I need to upload a picture of the user that if filling an applicant form, but we will like to display the picture in the form after is upload while the user continue to complete the Form.

How I can accomplish this?

During empower i believe there was a similar presentation, you will have to make use of SDK/scripting to fetch the picture that gets uploaded. I do not think you can achieve that right out of the box.

Do you remember what is the name of the presentation and if that class documents are already available?
