Question

Folder Tree back on Browse.aspx

asked on February 5, 2015

After looking at the help documents. I see that I need to place <weblink:FolderTree ID="TheFolderTree" runat="server" /> in the aspx file.

Once this is done I get an error.

Do I need to recompile the WebLink?  Would I need the Laserfiche SDK for this?

I am not having success placing the folder tree back onto the Browse.aspx.

Following the provided documentation causes errors.

Just wondering if you are on weblink9, it worked for me on weblink8 and have another thread open trying to figure out if weblink9 this feature was broken. I am not getting anywhere with version 9 !

I am glad to see that I am not the only one that still needs the folder tree.

Really annoying that they removed it with no easy way of getting it back.

I have it working, with some minor issues.  I am not able to have the tree updated when a person clicks on the file.

Also, they now placed a page footer on the tree. Would be nice to hide it.

You'd think there would be documentation on this.

I have attached my Browser file for you.

Hope it helps. Just change the file type.
