Can Laserfiche detect double page feeds (i.e. multiple pages fed at the same time) and force the scanning machine to reject for re-scan?

Double (Multi) feed detection is a scanner function/feature. If your scanner has the feature, it should be accessed through the "Scanner Options" dialog.
