When my users i creating rules in Quickfields and Workflow designer, the options are very hard to see due to being Colorblind (Red/Green). IS there an options to change the color layout in the designers. I can only find an option in Workflow searches to change colors of completed workflows.

Can you give us screenshot of which options are hard for them to see? We tried not to use red and green side by side in the designer specifically for this reason. The only place where red and green are shown side by side is the invalid icon, but that icon goes away when the condition is configured, so color was considered secondary there.
We don't currently have a way to change colors in the condition editor, but we can definitely look into it. Having some examples of the more annoying cases would help focus our efforts.
Attached is the rule editor, and that is exactly the area we are seeing the problem. The Color Scheme is not usable. Even if there was a gray scale mode would be usable for Colorblind.

I find a black background makes it easier for me. I am not red/green colorblind, but I am colorblind. Similar to Visual Studio.

I was trying to figure out what exactly was hard to see because, unlike the instance details where the colors indicate the activity status, these colors don't necessarily have meaning past trying to make it slightly easier to see where one part of the condition ends and the other starts. So whether the first part of the condition is red or green in this context doesn't matter. Getting a better idea of what is hard to see would help us come up with a better solution.
Do you run with black backgrounds in Visual Studio only or in Windows as well? The Designer has an option to follow the Windows theme.
I haven't in Windows. I do it in Visual Studio all the time because it is a lot easier on the eyes when looking at code.
For my employee the red is hard for him to see.
