I am getting the following message from the repository wizard.

I am thinking the problem is that I am using Windows Server 2012. I have my account in the local administrators group and UAC disabled however even this is not enough anymore to make yourself a true administrative rights user. Is the only way to prevent this message from showing to login as the local built-in administrator account?
