pre fill address state and country fields

I am looking to have a required address collection on a form, but since the state and country will always be the same, we want to hide those 2 fields of the collection. This then makes the form un-submittable because the required address has 2 blank hidden fields.

How would I go about auto populating the state and country fields on form load?

Laserfiche may have a better answer, but the only thing I can find on that is instead of using the Address Field create fields for each section of the address. Then you can set the country and state to a default value.
