Can't Export Multiple Files at Once in Web Access

I have a customer who is trying to export more then one file at the same time in Web Access. Not trying to combine them but just export them all at once instead of one at a time. Every time they do this they get a Session Timeout. The session timeout happens within 10-20 seconds so it is not stalling out because of the file size. Export works fine if they only do one at a time.

How big are the files? It looks like Web Access is zipping them up first before allowing it to be exported.

I was unable to reproduce your issue. Can you provide more details on the specific situation? Specifically:

What version of WA are you using?
What kind of documents are you exporting? (Word, PDF, Laserfiche Image pages, etc.)
How are you exporting the document?
Does it happen for just two documents?

Still having this issue almost a year later.

We are using Web Access 9.0.2.
They are tiff files being exported as PDF.
Average file sizes are 8-20KB
We are trying to export by highlighting multiple and using the export pdf menu option.
Happens for all documents and all users.

Using Web access 10.1 and getting the same issue when trying to download multiple files as zip file to pdf.

The original files are tiff images maybe a total of 500 pages in about 6 files.

see attached error message, any input on this error would be much appreciated.

There was a way to set download size in the past, but this setting has been removed in Web Access 10.1
