Import JPEG color images to LF B&W

Hi everyone!

Is there a way to import JPEG color images to lf repository converting automatic to Black and White through webaccess?

Or Can I set a User Attribute so that if the user import any JPEG color images will convert to Black and White automatically

Hi Vitor,

WebAccess does not support black-and-white conversion of JPEG images. However, this is supported for PDFs in WebAccess, as well as for JPEGs in Mobile. This link discusses the "Import images as monochrome" option for PDFs. Regarding Mobile, when an image is uploaded via the Mobile app, the user is given the option to change it to black and white.
