Stored Procedure Executing when Form Loads and Does Not Update When Fields Are Triggered

My stored procedure below executes when the form loads, but does not trigger again when fields are populated or updated.

UDPATE:  We're running Laserfiche Form 9.2.0.908

How can this be fixed?

Did you use the "Auto fill" button?

Lookup rule with multiple match fields would be triggered with default value on form load, but if you update match field values, you need to manually click "Auto fill" in order to trigger the rule again.
