Question

"Object Not Found" 9019

asked on January 27, 2015 Show version history

So I have a client where users occassionally get the above message.  I've seen it happen when the perform a search and I've seen it happen with they first log into the client (using windows Authentication) and try to click on a folder.  It seems the only way to fix it is to delete the Windows account, re-create it, and then re-create the Laserfiche Windows Account.  Everytime we have to do this it breaks the workflows as well since we're using Route To User activities.  Customer is getting frustrated and asking what may be causing this?  Anyone ever experience something similiar?

Also to add...it's something that does work initially, then this starts randomly happening...so it doesn't seem to be that the user account has invalid characters in it as it initially works.

Thanks

Please open a support case so we can get the trace logs needed to troubleshoot the issue.

Is there any information in the "Details" dialog from the error message?

I have 2 users with a similar problem resulting in error message "Invalid object name [9010].  Client and server are version 9.1 and the error appears randomly but keeps them from being able to search records and basically work in Laserfiche clent.

Any fix for this?  I've uninstalled the application and then reinstalled it but the issue remains.
