Sending Emails from Laserfiche Client

Is there a way to send a Laserfiche document as an email attachement to someone using Outlook? The only way I know of is to export the document and add as an attachement.

This functionality is available if you have the Microsoft Office Plugin installed. See the help files on attaching a Laserfiche document from within Outlook. I believe this feature was around since at least 8.3.
