Hi

Are Web Access and Web admin compliant with Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML 2.0)?  In other words, will they work with Shibboleth sodtware?

There isn't built-in support at this time.  Currently the way to integrate that type of authentication system in to Web Access is via the LoginModule.  It's an interface that you would implement, where your code would need to be able to turn the SAML token into credentials for Web Access to pass to the Laserfiche server.  I've talked to others in the past about integrating with Shibboleth, hopefully they can chime in here.

We do have plans to strengthen our integration with this type of identity provider, but we don't have anything on the product roadmap yet.

Perhaps someone at Laserfiche or USC can comment on the progress, and how this integration was accomplished?
