Server 2012 R2 suggested installation of a Microsoft KB?

I have a user stated that he saw Laserfiche suggested appling a specific MSKB to Server 2012 R2 during the conference last week.  Does anyone have any idea regarding to this suggestion?

We can't really determine what it is you are referring to.  Can you be more specific? Like providing us with who your customer is, who they talked to and what issue they were trying to address.

Raymond,

This is a brand new server that they are building and also a new customer who attended the conference last week.  He didn't have any specifics to the question, but I told him from my experience:  Laserfiche 9+ works out of the box with 2012 R2 with no prior MSKBs requirement.  I think he maybe confused with the pre-requites to installing Laserfiche 9.2.
