Error Loading LFSO92.dll

I have just installed the Laserfiche 9.2 SP1 update and when I try to open the Admin Console I now receive the following error message:

If I click ok the Admin Console launches, but I have to connect to a server. After I put the name of the server in, it then gives this error message:

Any ideas how to correct this?

If you are still running into this issue, you can download the latest 9.2.0 installation package from the Support Site and install the LF Client Suite. This package will already include SP1 so you will be able to launch and use the Admin Console without the error.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the latest Laserfiche 9.2.0 package, I am able to access the admin console.

I ended up running a repair on the install and it correct the issue.

I ran a repair on the installation and now the Admin Console opens without any problems, but when I try to select a repository I receive the following error:

Error Code: 16387
Error Message: Invalid pointer [-2147467261]

What version of the Admin console are you running? Same as the LF client and the LF server?

I thought I was, but now looking at the server the admin console says that the server is on 9.2.0 build 485. The LF client and the admin console on the server say 9.2.0.472, which is also the version of the client and admin console on my machine that is giving the error message.

Launching the Admin Console from the server is working without any issues.

Please uninstall and reinstall the client and admin console on the problem machine, delete the client folder and try it again.  If you did not download a new install of the client, please apply SP1 again after reinstalling the client and admin console, then re-register the server and repository in the admin console.  If the issue persists, please open a case with Support so we can explore the matter further.

was this issue resolved? We are having the exact same error at a customer after applying SP1.

Since this issue is still occurring, I would recommend contacting your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case.
