Generate pages option, gives message ' access denied'

When clicked on option in screenshot, message is ' access denied'. I can login in client and generate pages, but in web access i can not. Which access right is that? I have assigned all access rights for folder and in admin console.

All things being equal, generating pages through web access and the thick client should be the same. 

Are you using the same exact same account to login to both?  Windows authentication?

Do you get the same behavior with any PDF/edoc or only a specific edoc?

Are you using the same machine to test? If you go to another machine, reboot it and login with your windows account, do you get the same behavior?

Looks like I could not generate pages for someone else's imported pdf. As long as they can generate for their own pdf, it's ok. I've advised to change settings to always generate pages. Thanks for your response.

Hi Apurva,

I'm facing same issue with LF 10.2.1

How did you changed settings ?
