Have a customer running Forms 9.1.1 and LF 9.2. They tried upgrading to Forms 9.2, however, there is apparently a bug if you have Forms Server and LF Server on 2 different domains...so we were told to revert back to 9.1.1 of Forms which we have done. Now the customer is noticing random situations where a Submitted Form enters Laserfiche as a PDF with no data. The data shows up in Forms, but the PDF in Laserfiche is blank (as well as the templates). I've been looking for simliar cases, and it seems that upgrading to 9.2 fixes this issue, however, we can't do that in this case because of the known bug and what it creates. Any ideas??

I was in the Forms Q&A session at Empower and a similar question was asked. The following consists of the parts of the response I can remember and my own recommendations:
1. Have you tried saving as TIFF? If so, are you finding the same results?
2. Check that you are not filling read-only fields with a lookup that is not being stored as expected.
3. Have you been able to reproduce the error consistently or is it sometimes happening and other times not? (check to see that you arent using different fields through show/hide rules that might be acting differently when saved.
