Please note that it does require a license.  Our records indicate that you are not licensed for LF Ricoh Connector.

However, based on the message, you may also be missing one of the required cards on your MFP.  Please make sure you have it installed when you do get the license for it.

The Ricoh MFP needs some hardware devices to support the LF Ricoh Connector.

1. Ricoh Java SD card: You will need a Ricoh Java SD card to install the extended programs on MFP. The cards are different on different MFPs(search the exact card type for your machine on Ricoh site).

2. Postcard: Needed to support printing PDF file, TIF images, and JPG images(some new Ricoh MFPs support these directly)

3. Authentication card and readers: to support promixity cards.

The Laserfiche Ricoh Connector is not included in the VAR kit.  It is a separate purchase.
