Retrieve information from the LF repository to fill Forms data

Hi

Can I do a field search on the repository from forms to retrieve all the other fields from that document?

You can do database lookups and since Laserfiche runs on MSSQL you should be able to integrate with it. It might be best though if you create a View to use.

Adding to Blake's suggestion to create your own view, you can get Workflow to create and maintain the MSSQL table of metadata fields. You will need to use the Insert Data/Update Data Workflow activities.

Once you have the table of metadata setup, you can create a Laserfiche form which will have a field lookup rules to it.
