Hi Ben!
The Lounge group was created to have an open discussion on anything. Posts on "Answers" are generally more technical. Lounge group on the other hand serves to house discussions about the Laserfiche community: needs, ideas, thoughts and sharing information such as, but not limited to, new solution exchange articles, user groups, webinars, trending ECM subjects, requests for marketing resources.. etc. I like to think of it as the lobby area: all welcoming, non-exclusive =)
This post would technically fall under Answers though our community experts can see your post regardless of where you post it.

From what I've read, a recent post to answers should be in the Lounge section. I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the Lounge is...
