I have a Client who is trying to download the LF Connector to test on a third party application, but gets Access Denied. However they are fully paid LSAP. I was told at Empower we can test prior to purchase.
Thanks

The test utility is supposed to be available to everyone. Of course, you want to ensure that it works before you license Connector.
That should be addressed now. Let me know if you continue to experiance any issues obtaining it.
Hi Justin, I just downloaded the connector test utility, but when I try to execute it, I get a message "LFC.TestUtility has stopped working"... I have already preinstaled the system and Software requirements. Do you know what this message means?

If you would like to test whether Laserfiche Connector is compatible with your other applications before purchasing, go ahead and download the test utility we have for it.
I am getting access denied also for downloading the test utility
Same here.
Please open a case with Support so we can check your log ins.
I opened a support case with our VAR and they opened a chat with Laserfiche Support. They were told that we had to purchase the product before being able to download the test utility.
I was pretty sure at Empower 2015 we were told we can download the test utility before purchasing the product so we could test it to make sure it would work with the 3rd party product before purchasing. Is that not the case? Even according to Cathy (see her comment above) we should be able to do this.
We are trying to change this so that you can at least get the test utility. Stay tuned.
Access denied means that they are not licensed for the product (LF Connector) and therefore cannot download it.
The LF Connector Test Utility does not require a valid LSAP. You can use it to test compatibility before purchasing the product.
If you want a temporary license for the product, please talk to your Regional Manager.
