Sometimes the field information that is pulled using Quick Fields is incorrect, and usually we edit this information manually, and then save the document.  We recently updated the program and now we cannot edit the incorrect fields successfully.  We can type it in, but it reverts back to the incorrect information when the document is stored.  Any ideas?
