The "Earliest Support Expire" column will show the earliest expiration date of any Laserfiche Server or standalone related product the customer may have. This was mainly relevant for customers who had multiple systems, but is also applicable to any customer in general. The "Server Support Expire" column will show the expiration date that the customer has been invoiced for. It does not necessarily mean that LSAP has been paid though. For an example of what you may typically see

The first company just has a single LF Server product that expired 1/18/2015. They have not been invoiced yet for LSAP renewal for the upcoming year. The third company also has a single LF Server product that expired 12/13/2014. However, they have been invoiced for LSAP renewal, thus why the "Server Support Expire" column shows as 12/13/2015. However, they have not yet paid that LSAP renewal. As for the second company, they have a single LF Server product and LSAP will not expire until 7/30/2015, so they are fine.

In such a case what date should show as the expiration date on the Admin console in the case the Earliest support date is different from the Server Support Expire date. I have a case where the Server support case is in March 2018 and the the Earliest Support is July 2017 and the admin console shows license expiration date as July 2017.

Mark

I believe it has to do with if the customer has multiple products, but their support expires on different dates.

Hi Nareg,

Blake's answer is correct.  In addition, when you confirm a customer's support renewal, the system automatically changes the date to reflect the full year of support maintenance. But if the support maintenance invoice is pending receipt of payment, that's the time you will see a different "earliest support expire' date. The date will automatically adjust to reflect the future support expiration date once payment is applied to an invoice.
