Laserfiche Version 8 Backup and Recovery

Hello, some phisycal volumes reports 00 files and 0.0 size but when i search the phisycal location (windows phat) the information is there.

We tried reindex the volume but nothing happend

How we can recover the information for Laserfiche?

Is it possible that all of the content of the volume has been placed in the recycle bin? Entries in the recycle bin will still be present in the windows file system, but not included in the volume statistics listed in the adminstration console. You can try running a search in the Client for documents located in that volume and see if any display - if not, they are likely all in the recycle bin.

Thanks Justin, i searched in the client and any result returned the search. I look in the recycle bin and the images or documents dont be there.

What we can do? , looking others windows folders some volumes have the same issue.
