Assign Token Value Process - Missing from Task Pane

Hello....

According to this page from Quickfields help, the process Assign Token Value is part of the basic Quickfields installation....but it does not show up in the Tasks pane as advertised......

 

What do I need to do in order to make this process show up so it can be used?

Our license model is United and this is Quickfields v9.0.0.441

Please apply the Quick Fields hotfix from KB 1013497 and see if that addresses the issue. It contains a patch previously released which had specifically addressed an issue where the Assign Token Value activity was looking for the Toolkit feature in the license file.

Thank you for the information.  I have clearance to install that hot fix on February 6th.
