Quick Fields not retrieving documents

I created a new session a few days ago.  While testing, I would click start and it would retrieve documents from the designated folder as I designed it to.  However, this morning I went to test some more and it is not pulling the documents.  No error message.  It just gives the stats like it was completed but just with all zero's.  I rebooted the server and that did nothing.  I tested other sessions and those one's are working as designed.  Any idea's for me to try?

Is your Quick Fields session configured to use Universal Capture (pulling documents from a folder on the file system) or Capture Engine (pulling documents from a folder in the Laserfiche repository)? Is the session configured to filter for specific document types? Between testing the Quick Fields session from a few days ago to recently, could something have changed in regards to the setup, i.e. a different user is running Quick Fields and doesn't have access to the documents, or some other change that could have impacted this process?

If everything looks right, but Quick Fields still isn't able to process any new documents, please open a case with your Laserfiche reseller and provide a copy of the Quick Fields session that's having the problem.
